Tina has held leadership positions for the past 15 years with small and large real estate firms. Currently licensed as a Broker in Georgia (since 2009), Alabama and South Carolina, and licensed as a Real Estate Instructor in Georgia, she manages WE REAL ESTATE ADVISORS, owns a Real Estate School, and is well-respected in the North Georgia market. Tina further serves the industry through coaching others, and active Realtor® Association participation at the Local and State levels. She voted as Realtor of the Year in 2016 in her market. As a Broker, she has reviewed tens of thousands of contract documents for legal compliance, risk assessment, and agent guidance. Her experience enables us to overcome negotiation and contract challenges, and to further protect our clients through the entire sales process.

Specializing in creating critical path timelines and land acquisition management, from raw dirt to fully developed residential and commercial property, he also identifies risk-reduction solutions for investors and developers. Jason maintains a personal portfolio of income-producing properties, keeping him up to date on current property ownership and leasing trends.
